To Market and to provide reliable after-sales-service, we established a partnership firm “JK BIOMED” in 2012 with the support of Major Diagnostics Equipment Companies in Health Care Sector. In Feb 2013, JK BIOMED was converted to a Sole Proprietorship firm and the Company reached its products to More than 450 Customers in Five years Of period. The Company is registered with Registrar of Companies, state of Karnataka Govt., for Sales Tax (GST) . The company obtained I/E code from the dept. of foreign trade to import the products .We have a Drug License to deal with all IVD products Throughout India. This year We have planned to convert our Company to to Private Limited Co.
